Science - Home education style

Micah wants to dissect a shark. I said, we could start small (cow eye), and move to bigger things; next a frog, then a pig, then a shark. I'm hoping this progression takes a few years...
Ready to go. It's a serious task.

He needed to find the cornia, iris, lens and optic nerve. There they are! Good work, Micah. He found some extra stuff too. Jelly-like filling and a metallic blue color behind the retina. (can you tell that maybe mom is excited about learning alongside her six-year-old?)
